ARBITRATION
If any dispute arises between you and TwinRoads.com with regards to any purchase, return, transaction, email submission, or any other act dealing with the content, products or services offered by TwinRoads.com to you, no matter how characterized or classified, or if there is a dispute with regard to performance under the terms of this Agreement, no matter the nature of the claims or issues, any and all such disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration mutually selected by you and TwinRoads.com (the Parties). If the Parties cannot agree upon an Arbitrator, then each Party shall select one Arbitrator and then the two Arbitrators shall select a third Arbitrator who shall act as sole Arbitrator. The decision of the two Arbitrators in selecting the third Arbitrator shall be final and incontestable by any Party. The parties shall share equally the costs of any such arbitrators appointed hereunder.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between TwinRoads.com and its users. It cannot be amended without an express writing signed by a managerial executive of TwinRoads.com. TwinRoads.com specifically disclaims the validity of an oral representation in conflict with the terms of this Agreement made by any of its employees.
